Jad Codes Ltd uses the name, email address, project description and optional company, website, service, timescale and budget information you submit to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Enquiries are saved in our private enquiry inbox before we confirm receipt; an email notification is also sent to our contact mailbox. Access is restricted to authorised staff. We process this information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to manage enquiries under our legitimate interests. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Closed enquiries are removed from our inbox after 12 months. Email copies and backups are managed separately; contact us about any information request. We may retain related records longer where needed for a contract, legal obligation or ongoing dispute. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to processing where applicable, by emailing contact@jad.codes. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Our enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. Operational logs and security cookies may be used to protect the service; we do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
